The Food Dude: 7.27.2023: A Caribbean Boat

In honor of a lot a TV shows about sharks this week, Allan brought in Caribbean boats for everyone. The boat starts out with a soft tortilla bowl. Layer number 1 was browned ground beef flavored with jerk seasoning (1 tblsp to 1 lb of ground beef). Layer two was a dash of salsa. Layer three was finely diced green onion. The final topping was a blend of shredded Colby, cheddar, quesadilla cheese. There was nothing left after the feeding frenzy.
